The Vegan Continental Divide Trail

If you're a vegan, you can do a full, no-holds-barred, resupply at the health food store & Safeway in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Few hikers seem to stop in Winter Park (Berthoud Pass), but if you do, they have a good health food store, and nearby Fraser has a good Safeway. The Village Bean coffee shop in Chama, New Mexico, is hiker-friendly, and they can come up with some vegan lunch items. Other than that, good luck.
